A few years back she also helped me get a rush install of a new HVAC which died during the high time of Summer. Jhonatan, the tech who installed and has been servicing my HVAC since with annual maintenance is always on-time, friendly, and answers all questions. Their prices are in-line with other similar vendors, but the customer service sets them apart. Very highly recommend giving them a try.”

“I’ve used Wright Mechanical Services for the past few years for tune-up/maintenance/repair of our HVAC system and am impressed and pleased every single time. This past service was for our Google Nest thermostat that completely stopped working for unknown reasons and a maintenance /tune-up on our 20+-year-old AC unit before the summer. The tech Wright sent out, Santiago, was absolutely fantastic! He found our thermostat problem right off the bat and fixed it, checked out our AC unit, explained the maintenance they did last year and what he was doing to keep us up and running for the summer this year. He was on time, super polite, left no mess whatsoever, etc.; I have found these same qualities in every repairman Wright has sent out. On top of all of this, I’m always pleasantly surprised by their fair prices, and there’s never ever a “bait and switch” of estimates vs. the final cost (which has happened in the past with repair-people). I always feel like I’m working with just some really good, ethical, highly competent folks when Wright comes out...not all that common in this day and age.”

The guys were a little late due to traffic (reasonable, coming from MD into VA!), but once they arrived they were very professional and thorough, their review was done very swiftly and they were great to talk to. They answered my questions, and they were super polite.

It’s often difficult to find good service providers when you live in DC since many companies consider it a deterrent, but Wright Mechanical showed up on day one. When I first contacted them, I had an old HVAC system and, instead of suggesting that I replace it, they found effective solutions to prolong the life of the system. This meant a lot considering WM wasn’t making much money from the work, but they made it clear that they still viewed every customer’s satisfaction as a priority. And whenever I needed service, I never had an issue getting in touch with anyone – their dispatcher, Michelle, is truly one of a kind and goes above and beyond for their customers.
When it was time to replace my HVAC system, WM’s lead tech, Levi, and Michelle worked with me on pricing and scheduling, and they were super transparent and communicative. Based on my tiny apartment’s setup, there are few HVAC systems that could be installed. Instead of selecting the easiest/available option, Levi went out of his way to research and identify a different, specific system that made the most sense for my space. During the process, he and Michelle were in touch with me on a regular basis, and I felt confident that they were looking out for me. In the end, Levi selected an HVAC system that withstands the DC summers, and I am forever grateful!

Wright Mechanical was recommended by a co-worker. They beat the price by almost half. My normal company said it would be next week before it could get done.
